The ' mission is to establish and adhere to standards and ethics that represent and adapt to the dynamic field of archaeology and to provide a resource for entities that rely on professional archaeology services. RPA holds a professional archaeologist to a set of high ethical standards that sets them apart from others involved with or interested in archaeology.
To become an RPA, a graduate must meet the US Department of Interior Qualification Standards for Archeologists. Ä¢¹½tv’s Applied Archaeology graduate program prepares students to meet the Secretary of the Interior's Qualification Standards for Archeologists that can found in the Code of Federal Regulations, 36 CFR Part 61.
