Four candidates interviewing for the assistant director for Employer Development position in the Career and Professional Development Center will give presentations via Zoom during the weeks of June 8 and 15, 2020.

Candidate 1: Tuesday, June 9, 2:00-3:00 p.m.
Candidate 2: Thursday, June 11, 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Candidate 3: Tuesday, June 16, 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Candidate 4: Thursday, June 18, 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Rsums and Zoom links will be released in Ä¢¹½tv Daily prior to each candidate's presentation. Assessment materials will be distributed following the presentations.
The main duties of this role will involve: employer relations and development; graduate outcomes data collection; faculty/staff relations as this intersects with employers recruiting and hiring at Ä¢¹½tv; development of internship and professional job opportunities for our students, graduates, and alumni; increasing employer/recruiter participation in recruitment and hiring activities and events with Ä¢¹½tv; and general administrative duties.
The position will include work in these areas or with these skill sets: internal and external relationship building; workforce and worksite development; assessment; report writing; program development and delivery; fundraising and sponsorships; and involvement in professional organizations that benefit the university and our students, graduates, and alumni.
The professional filling this role will need to be adaptable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
