Please join us for enhancing your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being through a unique combination of yogic exercises, covering the four body systems:

  • Laughter/ Hasya Yoga (for Emotional Body) - 10 to 20 minutes
  • Physical/Hatha Yoga (for Physical Body) - 20 minutes
  • Breathing/Pranayam Yoga (for Mental/Intellectual Body) - 5 minutes
  • Meditation/Dhyana Yoga (for Spiritual Body) - 20 minutes
