The Frederick Douglass Institute for Intercultural Research at Ä¢¹½tv is an interdisciplinary, campus-wide body that serves as a resource for information about, and advocacy on issues related to diversity and equity at Ä¢¹½tv. In addition, FDI contributes to the increase of retention and persistence through intentional programming and activity designed to foster community and academic success from first-year students to graduate scholars.
The Institute at Ä¢¹½tv is a member of the , which is present across 14 campuses in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and seeks to support the growth, development, and success of students and faculty throughout the state.
