I am saddened to inform you of the death of Todd Wheeler, a student in the Administration and Leadership Studies PhD program.
Mr. Wheeler, from Newville, passed away on August 2, at his home.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. August 10 at Carlisle Evangelical Free Church, 290 Petersburg Road, Carlisle. A private interment service will be held at Fort Indiantown Gap at the convenience of the family.
