Hawks benefit greatly from several foundations, scholarships, and grants through Ä¢¹½tv that are funded by students like you.
Together, we have strength in numbers.

Senior Class Gift
Become a part of Ä¢¹½tv's rich tradition alongside thousands of students who have come before you!
This year, we invite you to support an area of campus that truly resonates with you—whether it’s your college, your major, your beloved sports team, or other vital initiatives like the Student Assistance Fund. We warmly invite you to uphold this cherished tradition alongside your fellow graduates. As a token of our appreciation, seniors who contribute at least $20.25 will receive beautiful crimson and grey Philanthropy Cords to wear with pride during commencement to signify their generosity. Most importantly, your gift will help pave the way for future generations of Ä¢¹½tv students to succeed.
You may pick up your philanthropy cords in person at Sutton Hall 441 or have them mailed to you.
Deadlines
- Gifts made after April 25 cannot be mailed and must be picked up in person.
- The final day to make your gift and receive philanthropy cords is Wednesday, May 7.

FAQ
I already pay tuition, why should I give more?
Most Crimson Hawks don't realize that your tuition and state funds cover less than 25 percent of your Ä¢¹½tv education. Ä¢¹½tv is able to thrive due to private support that helps bridge the actual cost of attending Ä¢¹½tv. Your own Ä¢¹½tv experience has largely been supplemented by students, alumni, faculty, staff, friends, corporations, and foundations. By supporting Ä¢¹½tv through giving back to the student giving project, your favorite program or department you are helping ensure your own Ä¢¹½tv experience is top-notch.
Does my participation matter?
Yes! Student giving is a great way to support your peers and foster good feelings. Giving back as a student allows you to promote the philanthropic culture on our campus and improve your experiences. Some Ä¢¹½tv students rely on the resources that are provided on campus and funded by students like you.
Does the size of my gift matter to Ä¢¹½tv?
Every gift has the ability to make a great impact on a current or future Crimson Hawk.
No matter the size of the gift, it still has the capability to make a huge impact on Ä¢¹½tv students.
How does being a donor affect me?
The Fund for Ä¢¹½tv and Student Giving programs have built up an expansive network of Crimson Hawks to provide support to all of our donors. Being a donor makes Ä¢¹½tv a smaller and more intimate experience. Additionally, if you become a member of the Ä¢¹½tv Leadership Society as a student (with a gift of $100 or more) you will have the opportunity to connect with other esteemed donors in the Ä¢¹½tv Leadership Society by being invited to exclusive events.
