You’re ready to make it official and commit to Ä¢¹½tv. We’re so excited you’re joining us. Welcome to the Ä¢¹½tv family!

You’re only two quick steps away from making it official and becoming an Ä¢¹½tv student. First, you’ll want to accept your offer, and then you’ll pay your enrollment deposit. To guarantee your place in the incoming class and on-campus housing, you’ll need to pay your nonrefundable enrollment deposit of $150 by May 1 for a fall start (for a spring start, two weeks before the semester), but you can accept your admissions as soon as you’re ready. 

Deposit Instructions

Accept your admission

  1. Log in to your .
  2. Make sure that you’ve read through the application details included in the acceptance letter located in the Admissions Portal.
  3. Under the “Forms” section, select the Admissions Reply Form.
    This will be available within 15 minutes of viewing your decision letter.
  4. Select “I ACCEPT my offer of admission,” type your name,  and submit the form.
  5. Prepare to submit your enrollment deposit.

Pay your deposit

  1. Log in to your . The link to submit your enrollment deposit will appear on your Ä¢¹½tv Admissions Account within 15 minutes of submitting your Admissions Reply Form to accept your admission.
  2. Under the “Payment Due: 150.00 USD” heading, you will select the Enrollment Deposit link.
  3. Enter your credit card information (you can pay using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express), or you can enter your bank information.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Celebrate becoming an official Ä¢¹½tv student!

The enrollment deposit and tuition deposit are different terms for the same thing: your nonrefundable $150 tuition down payment that lets us know you are planning to attend Ä¢¹½tv.

If you’d like to make your deposit by mail, you can send a check or money order by mail for your nonrefundable deposit. Please make it payable to Ä¢¹½tv. Include the student’s name, University ID (if available) or birth date, and indicate that it is for the tuition deposit. Please mail to: Office of Student Billing, , Floor 1, 1090 South Drive, Indiana, PA 15705-1038. If you have questions about this process, contact the Student Billing Office at 724-357-2207 or student-billing@iup.edu.

Please be aware that it may take a week or more to process any deposits that have been mailed due to staff working remotely at this time. To expedite processing, please use your to submit the deposit by credit card or e-check.

We will continue to accept deposits from students after May 1, space permitting. To ensure a smooth enrollment experience, committing as close to May 1 as possible will allow you to effectively plan your summer. Orientations take place in June; Welcome Week happens in mid-August with the semester beginning the following week. Questions? Just ask!
