A former English professor, Michael Powers made his first webpage in 1994 and became a full-time Web professional in 2001.
In his current role, he has overseen Ä¢¹½tv's transition from a static HTML website to its first content management system and led Ä¢¹½tv's adoption of social media. He has also served during the past academic year as the interim director of the Ä¢¹½tv Office of Communications.
