Health Service Hours, Testing Options for Winter Break

The Ä¢¹½tv Health Service will be closed for patient care starting on December 14, and will reopen with the start of the spring 2021 semester on January 19. The administrative offices will remain open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during this time. Students needing medical advice related to COVID or other medical topics can call 724-357-2550. In case of emergency, please call 9-1-1.

STI Clinic, November 4

An STI clinic will be held on Wednesday, November 4, at the Health Service from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Free Flu Shots for Students, No Appointment Needed

The Ä¢¹½tv Health Service will provide free flu shots this week and next for Ä¢¹½tv students at Folger Hall.

The Health Service, located in the Rhonda H. Luckey Center for Health and Well-Being in Suites on Maple East, now has seasonal flu vaccines available for Ä¢¹½tv students.

Telehealth at Ä¢¹½tv Health Service

During the current pandemic, Ä¢¹½tv Health Service has instituted virtual medical appointments through the Zoom platform to facilitate accessibility to health care. At the appointment, our health care provider will address your medical needs and prescribe a mutually beneficial treatment plan.

The Health Service will remain open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; but, for the health and safety of patients and those treating you, we are no longer taking walk-in visits.

The Health Service will be open for patient care starting March 16, 2020. While traditional services will continue, there are some changes in business practices in light of the threat of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and our continued efforts to minimize the risk of transmission of the virus for all students using Health Services.
