Mobile Devices Supported by the IT Support Center

These smartphones and tablet devices have been tested and approved for use by Ä¢¹½tv employees. If you need assistance in determining which device to purchase, please log a ticket via . Only phones and tablets owned by Ä¢¹½tv are supported.

Smartphones

Pricing for cell phones differ between carriers. The Financial Operations Office will be able to provide current pricing across the models for each provider.

  • iPhone 14 (includes Plus, Pro and Pro Max models) and iPhone 15 (includes Plus, Pro and Pro Max models)
    • Requires purchase of AppleCare.
  • Samsung Android Devices Only

Please complete the Ä¢¹½tv Smartphone Request Form to begin the ordering process; non-smartphone requests should use the Ä¢¹½tv Wireless Phone Request Form. There is no insurance available for smartphones.

Tablets

  • Apple iPad* (Wi-Fi and Cellular)

Cellular iPads must be purchased through the service provider by the Financial Operations Office. Please log an ticket for Wi-Fi only iPads. See the before making your request.
