Our central systems operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week except for the following dates/times:

Standard Weekly System Maintenance:

  • Occurs every Thursday from 4:30 a.m. until 7:30 a.m.

Pre-determined Scheduled Downtime:

  • From time to time, downtimes of central system services are needed for special maintenance or upgrades. These scheduled downtimes will be announced via the daily Ä¢¹½tv news email or via the main IT Support Center as needed.
