2016 Department of Music graduate, Petty Officer 2nd Class Brenden Goff, was recently recognized by the United States Navy with the Blue Jacket of the Year award. Goff is a flutist in the US Fleet Forces Band in Norfolk, Virginia.
The Blue Jacket Award recognizes outstanding junior sailors who go above and beyond the expectations of their duties. The Ä¢¹½tv Department of Music is proud of Goff's accomplishments as a serviceman and musician in the US Navy bands.
