Why do I need to have "CRIMSON HAWKS" in my address?
The “CRIMSON HAWKS” designation tells the United States Postal Service that the recipient is a “resident student” at Ä¢¹½tv living in campus-operated facilities.
I reside in one of the Ä¢¹½tv residence halls. What address do use for receiving my mail?
Your address is:
Your Name (First, Middle, Last)
Crimson Hawks (followed by) # (your four-digit mailbox number)
900 Maple St.
Indiana PA 15705-5007
or

What happens when mail/packages arrive without the correct information on them??
Packages arriving without a four-digit mailbox number or with an incorrect address or missing names are placed in our “problem” area and kept for 10 days. If not claimed in this time frame, the package will be returned to sender. To claim, you will need to have the tracking number to prove the package is yours.
Mail arriving without a four-digit mailbox number or with an incorrect address or missing names will be attempted to be matched after all other mail is processed. If it cannot be matched, it will automatically be returned to sender.

If you continue to live in one of the Ä¢¹½tv residence halls upon your return, remember all mail must be addressed with:

If I decide to live off-campus, will I receive my mail at the Ä¢¹½tv Post Office?
When an Ä¢¹½tv residence hall student leaves Ä¢¹½tv or decides to live off-campus while attending Ä¢¹½tv, the mailbox issued to them is terminated and mail is no longer delivered to that address by the Ä¢¹½tv Post Office. To receive mail off campus, you must do two things:
- Provide your local USPS Post Office with a change of address form.
- Change the address within your accounts, family, friends, etc.
This will ensure that mail addressed to your former Ä¢¹½tv residence hall will be routed to your new address.
