Feeling the love at Ä¢¹½tv Undergraduate Commencement

The Graduation Fair will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.


Save time in this one-stop shop to order your graduation announcements, pick up your cap and gown, check your degree and diploma information, make your senior class gift, schedule graduation photos, order an Ä¢¹½tv class ring, and get answers to your graduation questions.

Attend the fair even if you just want to spend some fun time with other students or have your picture taken with Norm! Refreshments will be provided.

Diploma Information

Apply for graduation, if you haven’t already.

In the MyÄ¢¹½tv portal:

  1. Log in to . Go to Discover and search for "grad."
  2. On the Getting Ready for Graduation card, click on Apply for Graduation.

Students can verify their graduation information (correct spelling of diploma name, diploma mailing address, and major and/or minor).

Honors Medallions (first baccalaureate students only) can be picked up at the Graduation Fair or can be picked up in the Registrar’s Office, third floor of Clark Hall, after April 2.

Senior Class Gift

Become a part of Ä¢¹½tv's rich tradition alongside thousands of students who have come before you!

This year, we invite you to support an area of campus that truly resonates with you—whether it’s your college, your major, your beloved sports team, or other vital initiatives like the Student Assistance Fund. We warmly invite you to uphold this cherished tradition alongside your fellow graduates.

As a token of our appreciation, seniors who contribute at least $20.25 will receive beautiful crimson and grey Philanthropy Cords to wear with pride during commencement to signify their generosity. Most importantly, your gift will help pave the way for future generations of Ä¢¹½tv students to succeed.

You may pick up your philanthropy cords in person at Sutton Hall 441 or have them mailed to you.

Deadlines

  • Gifts made after April 25 cannot be mailed and must be picked up in person.
  • The final day to make your gift and receive philanthropy cords is Wednesday, May 7.

Education Abroad

Students who participated in an Ä¢¹½tv international experience during their Ä¢¹½tv journey, please come to the Graduation Fair to pick up your free graduation cord. You can also purchase a stole or sash with the flag of your host country. For questions, please contact study-away@iup.edu.

Celebration Toast

Graduates, family, and friends are invited to attend a Commencement Celebration Toast for graduating students. Champagne and non-alcoholic sparkling cider will be available. Ä¢¹½tv graduates will receive an Ä¢¹½tv Alumni champagne flute while supplies last. Hosted by the Office of Alumni and Friends.

Financial Aid

If you are graduating, there are steps you'll need to take regarding your financial aid.

Check your Account for balance and financial aid requirements for outstanding items.

In the MyÄ¢¹½tv portal:

  1. Log in to . Go to Discover and search for "Easypay."
  2. On the Tuition, Aid, and Finances card, click on Pay My Bill (EasyPay).
  3. Click the Ä¢¹½tv-EasyPay button.

Do You Have a Loan?

If you have a  Federal Direct loan, it is important for you to go to the website and complete the exit counseling session. You may also contact the Financial Aid office at 724-357-2218.
