The Captain Damian P. Wright Scholarship Fund will benefit senior Ä¢¹½tv ROTC cadets who are members of the Rho Tau Chi Service Fraternity and who are on track to graduate and be commissioned in the United States Army through the Ä¢¹½tv ROTC program.
