The Dr. Dennis M. Giever Scholarship for Criminology/Homeland Security shall provide scholarship support to either a graduate student enrolled in the Strategic Studies in Weapons of Mass Destruction Program or an incoming freshman enrolled in the Department of Criminology who meet the established criteria.
