Students who wish to withdraw from all courses in any given semester may do so by accessing MyÄ¢¹½tv. Processing this type of withdrawal does not alter the admission status of the student, nor does it change their start date in a program with respect to the calculation of their "Time to Completion" date.
It may, however, influence the financial status of the student. For this reason, when discussing a Total Semester Withdrawal, it may be prudent to direct the student to the Financial Aid Office and the Accounts Receivable Office to learn the full financial impact of such a decision.
Students are not permitted to process a withdrawal (discreet or total) within the final weeks of the semester. Specific withdrawal deadline dates are listed on the Academic Calendar, which can be accessed via MyÄ¢¹½tv.
