Commuter permits are for students that do not live in the residence halls and meet the criteria listed below.
Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students living outside the designated Ä¢¹½tv boundary, but within 75 miles of Ä¢¹½tv, are eligible for a commuter permit.

Students living within the designated Ä¢¹½tv boundary who are not eligible for a commuter permit have access to the Indigo bus shuttle to get to campus. They can also utilize the pay-by-license plate spaces.
Graduate Students
